The main cooking floor is done. This is where we will build the dome. First to be done is the inside arch for the door.
You can see the beginning of the first course of tiles for the dome. On the right we tried placing them on their tall end, but that did not work out. Placing the first course on it short end made it much easier for us to get that 18.5" by 36" arch just right.
