Digging starts...

So, I ended up starting digging last weekend. We decided on the perfect spot in the backyard, right off the patio with enough room to have a table etc in front of the oven.













About 1/3rd done... but... I'm tired... so... that's it.

The inspiration...

So, this whole thing started when I visited a friend of mine, and in his backyard he had a woodfired pizza oven. It was amazing!!! I mean the pizza tasted heavenly...

Now Izabela and I knew what we were going to add to our own backyard: Our very own wood fired pizza oven...

Here are some pictures of my friends backyard and his pizza oven. Can you smell the cheese melting? I sure can...
